Question: Who painted this painting!?

I purchased this poster for 2 euro from a street vendor in Italy!. Most of the other works were just classics like the birth of venus, and the mona lisa!.
At first, I thought it was by Dali, but now im pretty sure that it is not

This is NOT Dali!. Clearly not Dali!. I can't believe you'd even think that!. It is worth nothing except maybe the 2 euro you paid for it!. It has an African theme, but that doesn't tell us anything about who painted it!.

Some poor soul probably sweated this painting out in five minutes and is probably seeing NO profit for it!. This is one of millions of such paintings sold to ignorant tourists!. Sorry!.
