Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com That's a great photo, but I can't tell you if it would make a great cover or not!. It depends on the type of book, and it also depends on who owns the copyright!. You would have to get permission from the photographer!. also, designing a book cover involves more than picking out a photo!. It involves designing with the whole cover in mind, and using typography that fits well, visual elements that support the message of your book, etc!.!.!. Before you design the cover, take a few moments to jot down the following: 1!. A quick overview of the book (this will get your creative juices flowing) 2!. Your target audience!. Who are they!? What are their interests!? What kind of design would speak to them!? 3!. Look and Feel!. Based on what the book is about and who your target audience is, determine things like which typography would be best, your color scheme and whether you will use photographic elements or illustrations!. 4!. Message!. Determine what the message of your book is, and ask yourself if your look and feel truly supports that message!. When you're done, you can start designing the cover!. Then, when you're finished, ask the opinion of multiple people whom you respect and who are educated/experienced in graphic design!. Make revisions as needed, and you should be left with a really great cover!Www@QuestionHome@Com er, I don't know!.!.!.!.it looks like a very modern victorian girl!. honestly the dark lipstick makes her look either like a modern goth girl, or a hooker victorian girl!.!.!.yech!. Maybe if you got more details of the dress in, and did it in a sepia, or with an ochre filter, instead of just black and white!. Very interesting picture, though!. Doing it by the window was a very good choice!.
