I googled and found websites for some that were free, but it was trial versions!. I think I just don't know what to look at w/in the websites maybe!. I want the websites that, for example, if I want to add a border/frame, I can see my 50 options and then click on the ones that I want and thats it, its mine!. A freind of mine did that, unless they aren't out there anymore!. I specifically want new textures and effects (above and beyond sepia and b&w) if they exist!.
