WITHOUT downloading software!? i do not want to make pictures into a movie its the other way!.!.!.making a video into a moving picture!.!.!.!.!.plz help thanks!.

Well, sorry to tell you, but making a movie file into an animated !.gif (the moving picture you speak of) will be a lot harder than simply making some pictures into one!. You'll have to make free frames of the movie into images, and then take all the steps to make an animated !.gif (which will require some software!.) Sorry!.
