Are the photos from an ink-jet printer,or traditional chemical prints!? Some old prints can be cleaned but modern ink-jet ones cannot be done easily!.Scanning and reprinting is the best option,really,although you could rephotograph them and clean them up on your computer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

why dont u try a digital camera!.!.everyone is using and it is much cheaper and more function in itWww@QuestionHome@Com
