sorry if i sound lazy, but i've tried and tried and i can't figure out how to do this with the editing programs i have (picnik, adobe trial photoshop express, photobucket) and obviously i'm not going to pay $700+ to do one thing!. so, here's the question: can someone who knows how to make me have black hair in this picture!? i just want to see what it looks like because i'm considering dying it!.
*NOTE* this question IS NOT looking for:
-opinions on how "pretty" i am, sorry but i don't care
-comments on whether i should dye my hair or not- i'm a big girl, i make my own decisions, thank you
-telling me i'd look "emo" or "scene!." i'm doing this because i want a change and i think black looks elegant and classy, if you must know!.

you want to use a more palatable program like photoshop with layers, if you dont have any at this time aside online tools, try gimp,

you want to open image create new layer, select hair region with lasso tool or wand for color range, apply dark color or mask then apply colors, adjust layer overlay mode and transparency,
