How do I film the Daft Punk Hands?

Question: How do I film the Daft Punk Hands!?

I spent all day learning the Daft Punk Harder Better Faster Stronger Hands thing, and now, my biggest problem is, I can't film it xP
Like, if I set up my tripod and sit behind it, you can hardly see both of my hands, and it hurts my arms and back!. Any ideas!? And, the camera is kind of big, so, no mouth holding!.!.!.!.

Set the camera on a table, sit on the floor in front of it and hold your hands straight up!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
