before you start just sit and look for a while
one feature on the face will jump out at you
start with that feature
even if you have to keep stopping and looking
at each feature as you go , do it , you will be shocked at how good you really are

Shape and angle of the head is key!. Every other feature has to conform to the angle of the head!.

Then, block out the eys, nose, mouth and ears!. Hairline comes next!. Then I go back for details!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you can start by sketching general outlines, figuring out where everything's gonna be, then fill in the details
or
start from a small place, like the eyes, and doing them in detail, then expanding outwards in detail!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd start with the eyes!. As they capture the person you are drawing!. After you get the eyes right, the rest will fall into place!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I preffer starting from the nose then the eyes then the lips and then the restWww@QuestionHome@Com

First the hair than the other things!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

start with eyes and nose and the go further mate cheersWww@QuestionHome@Com
