i need to chose a theme to base my final art peice on!.
the topic we are using is "layers"
and it's abstract stuff

Well, I can't comment on your link as I don't know the artist's work!. But money/greed/avarice would be wonderful, especially in the present materialistic world!. There are a number of artists in the National Gallery in London who have painted money in various way - money lenders, Christ in the Temple, Danae being seduced by Jupiter as a golden shower, and pickpockets!. Worth trawling round the big galleries of the world!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

"Layers" is a pretty broad topic so you can fit just about anything you like within those parameters!.

Your theme should be something you feel strongly about so that your art piece will reflect that!.
