Question: What type of film can I use for a Polaroid One Step camera!?
I recently bought an old Polaroid instant camera (Polaroid One Step Land Camera, SX-70)!. I know that I can use the film that says 600 specifically - but does that mean I can also use other "600 series" films, like 667, or 669!?
And, if so, does anyone know what the difference is!?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
* Strangely enough 667 and 669 film are not usable in a 600 series camera!. It does confuse many!.

* 667 and 669 are larger formats and have to "developed" manually by pulling the film apart!.

* 600 series film is squished as it is ejected and that develops the picture!. Just one step!.

Unfortunately all Polaroid made instant film has been discontinued!. (Fujifilm will continue to offer 600 compatible film)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most people will tell you that Polaroid film has been discontinued but the official view from Polaroid is that some films including the type 600 should actually still be available until the end of 2008 - http://www!.polaroid!.com/ifilm/en/index!.h!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
