Photoshop is the industry standard for photo editing however it is nor a free program!.
There are a number of free software programs that can help you with that!. Do a search for "photo editing software" and you'll see what is available!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I use Pantshop Pro for selective coloring!. It is reeealllly easy with that program!. All you have to do is duplicate the layer, then adjust the hue/saturation/lightness untill it is black and white, then with the eraser tool erase the section you want to be in color!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you're new to image editing Try Paintshop Pro Photo X2!.
It's much less expensive than Photoshop and a lot easier to use!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
