I am not sure if you would consider it "making" but check out http://www!.magneticdecor!.com , they have magnetic corners and decor to emulate photo frames!. You can use those to attach your photos to any magnetic surface like a locker or a fridge or they also have a magnetic silver plated magnetic board!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go to Michael's and buy the parts or go to any lumber yard or Home Depot or Lowe's and buy some frame molding that suits you and take it from there!.

You need a miter box (45°) and saw as a minimum starting tool!. Frame clamps help with the gluing process, but are not 100% essential!. You'll find them in the same locations!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
