It is a way of writing down most beautifully, as much beautifully as you can, all the words and thoughts that come to your mind!. You must not try to speed up, slow down, or write full meaningful sentences, just words upon world of your world in your mind!. For this purpose you could purchase some paper, keep it close while you relax, by your bedside or near the couch where you sit and watch TV!. Then before sleep empty your mind, or while watching TV jot down all the words and phrases that appeal to your, you deem important or just stick to your mind!. Writing is a complex an activity in the mind as walking or running is, but since mind is capable for this, it can perform such tasks quite admirably easily and nicely!. If you struggle with your handwriting then it much likely that you mind lacks fluency!. It is possible that your mind is too strong and rigid to pose as an obstacle in the way of spontaneity needed to have good hand for writing!.
