Sticky tac on back of photos?

Question: Sticky tac on back of photos!?

Does sticky tac on the back of photos cause any harm!? I'm thinking about using some to temporarily hang them on my wall to think about how they look!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The blue stuff, right!? It does leave behind a slight residue which is petroleum based!. If it left on the photo long enough, my guess is at least one week, it will make it's way into the print and may, in time , leave a stain that probably will grow larger!. Test one that you can live without for a while and see what happens!. The stuff probably reacts differently with different papers!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i use magnets!.!.to hang on the fridge!.!.!.they have peel backs and come off easily!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
