Ah, that would be a nyanko kitten!. Not sure about the artist, but it's owned by a Japanese company called San-X!. Just look up "nyanko" and it'll bring up a cat that appears in various foods!. :3Www@QuestionHome@Com

I really could not say who the Artist is but i have seen a lot of this type of work in "JUXTAPOZ" Art and Culture magazine!.
