That is an animated GIF!. You prepare all the individual frames beforehand, and then use a software like Image Ready to combine them into one file!. Do a search for "animated GIF" and you will find some web sites that can do this for you online (one is http://www!.gifninja!.com/)

For best results, all the images need to be the same size, and of similar colors (the number of colors in a GIF are quite limited - 256)Www@QuestionHome@Com
