i have GIMP 2!.0, Microsoft Paint and Microsoft Picture Manager!.
How do i do this affect on photo's!?

first you would need the original photo to be as shown with lighting,
(ms paint may not be able to adjust much, picture manager does have a few options for adjustments)

then with Gimp,

you can adjust hue and saturation, and levels, and and sepia effect, duplicate layers for each effect, mask and adjust overlay modes, colorize, and add border, you could enhance some lighting with render lighting effects as well,

You cant with any of those programmes unfortunatly!.
Your best decision is gettin Photoshop cs2 or cs3!. They are the most basic yet proffessional programmes for that kind of use!. If you download Uturrent from google, then look for photoshop in Uturrent you can download the full programme worth $250 for freeWww@QuestionHome@Com

You don't need photoshop to do that, it can be done on the Corel photopro software which usually sells for about $100!. I would suggest that you also get the NIK plugin package which can expand the capacity of any of the photo programs that it will go into!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
