i think the laws are federal and song birds and eagles and owls and hawks and rare/endangered birds are a no-no, turkey, phesant, and birds that can be hunted for food are also game for trophy and you can sell the feathers!.!.!. if they have it for sale in hobby lobby or michael's then it is legal!. (and they sell feathers in those stores)Www@QuestionHome@Com
