You've got a good eye for lighting, but most of the shots lack good composition and the subject matter is pedestrian!.

Go down to the public library and get an armload of books by pro photographers!.

Compare their stuff to yours and you'll see where you need to improve!.

you are talented, but an online mentor is not what you need!.
take a class at community college and meet a mentor that way!.!.!. or join a camera club or photographer group!. i am a member of a local photo aliance, and i get alot of very helpful critiques and methods of improvement!.
