It is art, unfortunately it's where it's not suppose to be and that also makes it vandalism!. Maybe if I had the energy, desire and the knowledge to raise the funds I'd get warehouse and turn it into a competition!. After it's though taking your work and photos it would live on instead of being sand blasted away!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Absolutely - just because the artist made a poor judgment on placement does not negate the fact that it's art!.
If Michaelangelo had painted the sistine chapel ceiling mural on the side of a truck it wouldn't be any less impressive, and people would still consider it to be art wouldn't they!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
