Question: What supplies do I need to draw a comic book!?

I wanted to start drawing a comic book!. My art skill isn't too bad, I'm still improving but I don't have ANY supplies!. I was wondering what I will need!. What kind of Pencils!? Outliner marker things!? Types of paper for skecths and actual comic pencil work!? Computer program for colouring/inking, scanner!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

You know of course is to get the correct dimensions for a comic strip!. Do you have several comics to draw!? One comic, two or something else to add to a comic book!? As for the supplies!.!.!.!.

2H pencils
2B pencils
4H pencils
Ruler
Bond Paper
Poster board
Mat board
Xacto knife
Rubber cement
Fixative(spray can)
Regular drawing paper
Prism color pencils
India ink
Permanent pens
Permanent markers
Masking tape
Epson 1660 scanner ( or equivalent)
Art computers are usually Machintosh/Apple

Epson Stylus 1280 Photo Printer
(above printer is about $400-$500)
The printer prints good quality color for any test picture or image!.
French Curves
Water color paint
Permanent black pens for (marker comps)
This is to draw on the bond paper with!.
Bond paper or marker comp paper is used on one side only!.
Maybe tracing paper

tracing paper, onion free acid paper, different kinds of pens by style & #, ink bottle, scarps of paper, pencils (different kinds too), and color pencils!.
