I think Picasso is a better artist because he didn't only stick to one art technique but others too!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It depends what your qualification for 'better' is!. In his early years Picasso painted in a more conventional style, and was very accomplished in doing so, but he chose to develop an approach that made his art more expressive and shocking, and he did it very well!. Michelangelo's work is undeniably beautiful, and his talent extended to sculpture and architecture, producing work which still fills onlookers with wonder and awe 500 years later!. But if the definition of art can be said to be something that is designed to produce an emotional response, I don't think your question can be answered!. If you want realistic depiction, and admire that talent, then it has to be Michelangelo!. He was extraordinarily skilled at drawing, painting and sculpture!. Picassos paintings look like kids scribbles to me!.
