Hit ctrl and print screen at the same time!.

Paste the image into a program like Paint and save as a !.jpeg or something like that!.

Upload the image to a photo hosting site like photobucket!.

If you use photobucket, copy the [IMG] code that will be listed under your photo!.

Paste into your forum!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
