I want to make a picture animated.?

Question: I want to make a picture animated!.!?

If there is any software or anything needed to download I need to know!. I want to make a regular video/picture I upload off of my regular old digital camera, animated!. I don't understand how to get little clips of videos uploaded like pictures!. Some people have the clips in albums as photos on myspace!. If I need to be more specific let me know!.

regular digital camera may not have video mode, but if you have a set if still shots, you can stitch/mesh them together, and save as animated gif, if small enough like shown, you can use online tools, or programs to put together,
