Well depends what kind of website!.!.!. Since you're new you should just try free ones for now and poke around with them!. Go to www!.freewebs!.com and such!. When you play around with that you can start learning how to build websites @ ww3schools!.com When you make a script for your site then go to something like www!.godaddy!.com where they host domains for you (yourdomain!.com) And then if you have money you can host a website from your own house and be recognized as a company!.
