Photographs 1, 5, and 6 are my favorites in the lot!.
In Photo #1 the slight camera movement has added a slight but wonderful blur to the image!. The colors work very well for me, the lavender and the dark blues!. The edge of the mountain has an almost serrated look to it and the water ripples seem to 'buzz'--very good job!.
Photo #6, on a second look is super--the muted colors, the soft sheen of the water, and the two trees framing the scene create a composition that is well-structured and emotionally catching!.
I notice in a number of your answers the call for a better camera--while there is a great deal of merit to that idea, you needn't stop taking pictures with the one you are using at this point!. Even with the limited capability of your current equipment you have an eye for composition, line, shadow , and color!. Eye wonder how some of your shots--#1 and #6 especially--would look with some minor Photoshop applications!? Blownup and manipulated with a number of Photoshop effects could make these standout photos gallery-worthy!. Keep on going---and never let negativity draw any of your enthusiasm from you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That's the view from your backyard!? That's an awesome view! I think you need to capture it with a better camera, though!. Those looked like camera phone pictures!. Some of your horizons need straightening up!. They're not up to contest quality, but with a better camera and a little learning about photography, you can get good enough for contests!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your pictures are good but not good enought to enter into a contest sorry!! They are all a little blury and sorry to say but its not your camera or the time of day that makes pictures blury its the photorapher, try and either use a tripod, or hold the camera still, and maby even changed some settings on your camera!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

First off, take number seven out of there!.

Secondly, you have very nice photos but to be quite honest, they are nothing unique or special!. At least you know you have a natural eye for photography, but before you plan on winning any contest you need to start taking some more distinctive work!. I like the first few the best, but if you want to enter a photography contest, I STRONGLY suggest a better camera or a tripod!. The pictures look unclear and clarity can really do a lot to a picture!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i suggest you that to take pics like that get a higher resolution camera!.
