Question: Copyrights on photos from flickr !?

is it considered copyright infrigence if i copy a photo from flickr under the Creative Commons comercially open license and post it on my website without even informing the person who has posted it initially!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You are allowed to post it on your website, but you must give credit to the photographer on your website as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You must credit the photographer for his work ("Photo by!.!.!.")!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
