I want to put graffiti on the walls of my room!.

But I don't know how to do graffiti!!!

is it just 3d letters with cool colors and designs!?

I don't agree with "yeah" up there!. I think if you think something looks cool, that's enough reason to try it!. You may find out that you have your own style, or find a new reason for liking graffiti once you start it!. You don't have to be an expert in one art form or another to like it or want to create it!.
