The "Half Sepia" technique would probably be closest to what you want!. Here is a link:

There are several pages for the tutorial, but it is very simple, there is just lots of junk all over the site pages taking up room!.

You can do it with Saturation, Levels and Colour Balance, but frankly the photo is yucky!.
