Question: In the first quarter of 2008 Ilford enjoyed an increase in large format sheet film sales!. How can that be!?

Photography has never been so popular thanks to the advent of digital!. I think that also more and more of these people are starting to realise that digital 35mm cameras are nowhere near the quality of medium and large format and not really suitable for landscape photography!. I would love to step up to large format however I cannot justify the expense of buying a whole new system that isn't going to make me alot of money!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it may be the result of Ilford's restructuring after their recent problems!. They can now meet the demand and supply their film to a larger market!. They also claim to support that market in the long term!. And that, in the current digital climate, will gain them a lot of loyalty with dedicated film users!.
Unless this is one of your trick questions and the answer is, because they quit trying to sell large format roll film!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Did Kodak or Fuji drop a product line!?

Or, thanks to Brad Pitt, Littmann is enjoying a newfound popularity!. Seriously!.
