How do you achieve this look using photoshop?

Question: How do you achieve this look using photoshop!?

I'm talking about the way she's enhanced specific features; it looks kinda surreal http://i102!.piczo!.com/view/4/7/m/p/4/a/m!.!.!.
And in image 2 the way Kiki's created the illusion of perfect skin!? Any help and i'd be greatful!.

95% lighting and makeup, 5 % (maybe) in photoshop!.

I don't particularly like the effect, but it's based on knowledge and control of lighting first and foremost!.

You can fake this sort of stuff in PS, but why not just learn to shoot it in the first place!? It's just high key lighting !.!.!. and LOTS of makeup!Www@QuestionHome@Com

lighting is the key to the images, some cloning and healing in the first image, the second one (not a great image) is just lighting!.

EDIT: to get the "after" effect use heal and clone tools and lower the white point or levels!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.better to shoot it right with lights!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

try using picasa!.
im not exactly sure how the features match up to photoshop's, but im pretty sure you can enhance features like that!.
