Just turn down the opacity for the Text Layer, you can apply drop shadows and a load of other things, double click the Text Layer and a Layer Style box opens with loads of effects!.

The ? symbol is found by holding the Alt key and in the keypad on the right of your keyboard type 0169 (the numbers on the top won't work) when you release the Alt key the ? symbol appears!. On a Mac it's Alt + G!. There are a lot of these 'Alt' characters, but not every font has them all!. for instance ? is Alt+0153, ? is Alt + 0174!.

To make the copyright logo, type a C and insert it in a small circle!.
For the faint/faded effect of a font, use the transparency tool and set it to 50Www@QuestionHome@Com

In photoshop all you need to do is set the text color to a lighter shade!. the copyright symbol is the same as the "@" sign (obove the number 2 on your keyboard)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Type on a layer and then adjust the Opacity to whatever amount of transparency looks good!.

The copyright symbol is option(alt) g!. (I'm a Mac user)Www@QuestionHome@Com
