No!. Learn graphic design but also get programming skills!. Like Java, python, perl, c, html etc!. you'll be much more valuable that way!. Those skills all fit together nicely!.

To be honest, no!. I think it's a great way for community colleges to take people's money!. There's not as much demand as supply, and most of the ones I've worked with are very "arty", do very little work for the money they get paid, and don't listen to customers very well!.
