Believe it or not, there is usually little difference between expired film and film that is not expired in terms of color shift!. If you want to get some cool color effects, buy some color slide film like a medium speed fujichrome provia and have it cross processed with C-41 chemicals!. Or, you can leave your expired film in the trunk of your car for a few days in the spring or summer, and you'll get color shift!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i have like 50 rolls of expired film and i wonder what kind of techniques you can do with it too!.=]

good question!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If film is stored in a freezer, tightly bagged to keep out moisture, it will be good way past the exparation date!.

I ran across an old roll of film that I shot and forgot to develop!. I had it developed and printed and it looked like used toilet water!.

Of course I would never used expired film for anything important!.
