I have to agree with Avondrow about Banksy!. At the end of the day, so what if people like it, it's all over public places and private property making it a crime!.

Personally, I would say graffiti is a form of art, as long as it is in the right place!.

Graffiti on walls/bus stops etc is just vandalism in my opinion, but if there is a place specially designed for people to graffiti then it's definately art!. Some of it looks amazing! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

If it is good I like it, unless it is obviously in an unsuitable location, but 99% of it is utter rubbish or just obscene!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I feel very strongly that it is vandalism, pure and simple!. Here in Bristol we suffer from a mediocre 'artist' called Banksy, who has learned a simple sixth form art class trick with stencils and spray cans, and thinks he can deface property and degrade the environment at will because he is creating art!. I would love to see him in prison for his crimesWww@QuestionHome@Com

i think it's great!.!.!. i mean proper grafitti not just tags!.!.!.!.!.!. but not on other peoples property!.
I think every town should build a long blank wall in areas where graffitti is a problem and encourage them to use that rather than a house, bridge or whatever!.

There are some really talented ones - I love graffiti, cant do it to save my life, but I think it's really amazing!.

I hate tags though - they just ruin an artwork and think it's stupid!.

It is not art if you deface another persons property!. If these people want to express themselves artistically let them do it on their own walls!.

Art owns no space, its timeless and expansive as the mind!.
Graffiti is freedom of expression, impressionistic, surrealistic, realistic, expressionistic and abstract, it can be interpreted as a warning, a welcome, a prayer, a curse!. its the abuse of colours, and yet the harmonious interlude of dancing lines that grabs your attention and lingers even when you are asleep!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

All the people that want to hate on graffiti are dumb!. Graffiti artists are actually great artists they just use it in a dumb way!. I am an artist and I love my work!. But I wouldn't say to put it on a building unless someone asked me too!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
