You can add a glow to a face this way!.
Open an image and duplicate it in the layers palette

Go to filter and click blur!. Go to gausian use 4-8 pixels for low resolution, use 10-14 for high

Click OK Click the layer blending mode and change it to screen!. The image becomes very light

Click the layer mask icon in the layers palette

Set the foreground color to black

Press B to delect the brush tool!. Click the Airbrush icon and use a size just large enough to outline the eye area

Click the opacity arrow in the layers palette and set it to 40%

Paint with black over the eyes and any other important areas

Now drag the opacity slider again to get the right amount of glow!.

No tutorial works for every photo!. You have to play with the numbers and the mask painting to get this right but this should give you a start!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
