In addition to desaturating as the previous poster noted - this image was taken with fairly flat frontal lighting!. This was either taken in the shade or on an overcast day!. This gives the photo low contrast and a soft feeling which works well with the desaturated color pallet!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Desaturate the image in a program such as Photoshop, then save it in a small file size!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
