A free PS/animation program is GIMP!. The address is http://gimp!.org/macintosh/ for Macs!. However, it says it will only run on Mac OS X!. Don't know what OS you have, but I hope this will work!. GIMP is remarkably simple to use and has a great deal of functions!. To create an animation/cartoon, just put the slides one on top of each other in separate layers and save it as a gif!. I don't know of any way to save it as an animation other than that, but then again my computer experience isn't wonderful either, so there might be another way!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
