Look up cross processing!. That is the only non digital way to get colors like that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most of those photos if not all of them would use no flash at all!. Some require an aperture setting and others would require the lens to be open for a long period of time!. The street reflector and the flowers may require a macro setting to do so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Since no technical data was supplied, here are some observations and probably some close approximations to the techniques used, based upon over 25 years experience :

The first shot looks like one shot straight using an ultra wide angle lens!.
The second may be one shot with a medium telephoto lens with black and white film or a converted to black and white using a photo program!.
The third shot looks like a straight one again, but overexposed, loosing detail in the clouds
And the fourth looks like another straight shot using a wide angle lens, but white balance set for incandescent light (thus the blue cast and yellow flowers being white)!.

It is quite obvious that no flash was used in any of these shots for two reasons !.!.!. no flash will effect any images that are basically beyond 50 feet as in photo 1 and 3 and the inverse square law would have made the use of flash on images 2 and 4 obvious due to light fall off at the furtherest part of the image had a flash been used!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

there are potentially several elements at stake here, including camera settings and time of day, but if you have photoshop (or something similar), play around with it!. learn (for example) what curves, color balance, brightness/contrast, and hue/saturation are all about!. this can help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
