Some of that may of been done w/ a 3D app!.!.!.there are SO many tutorials out there!.!.!.if you google "photoshop tutorials" or illustrator tutorials, you have a good start!.

I like stuff from lynda!.com but you have to pay (think you get what you pay for!.!.!.for 20 bux a month, you get PREMIUM awesome learning content, and that will allow you to probably create more original designers), however there are PLENTY of free out there too!.!.!.!.!.
