Please tell us the model of your camera!. I've used Minoltas for 37 years!.

EDIT: After an extensive seach I've found nothing on your camera!. You really need the Owner's Manual if you don't have it!. If you do have it you need to really READ & STUDY it!.

You might try taking it to a real camera store and asking their help!.

Sorry I can't be more helpful!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What Minolta camera is it!?
Inspect and clean the battery contacts on the camera, clean the contacts on the batterys and check the polarity of the batterys!.
Let me know if this works,or if you have tried this!.
If you have the camrea manual it should have a trouble shooter guide in it!. Another good place to look would be the Minolta web site!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Where is the 0, on the light meter!?

Check to see if the button on the bottom us pushed in (the one you push before winding the film)!. That may make a difference!.

Bring it in to a camera shop that repairs 35mm cameras, you don't want to mess around with it too much and risk breaking it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
