chose a soft colour for the walls, if your room is large enough paint the wall behind your bed a different, darker colour, as a modern alternative to a headrest!. Use colours which match of different shades of your wall colours for your bedding!. Maybe a wooden floor with a really soft cream rug!. If your creative buy canvases and paint your own abstract flowers in the colours of your room! Well thats what I have done in my room, although I am married so have had to compromise on colour, I wasnt allowed pink!!! :( but it still looks soft, inviting and cosy!. I love the House Doctor, there are loads of good ideas!.!. Its very personal when you decorate so you have to decide what colours you like!.!. Go mad! there are no rules, just make sure you like what you do!.
