Photoshop CS 2 help Mac?

Question:so I need some help to reproduce this effect. I was wondering if someone could tell me the basics to get me started.

Most of this image was produced using the camera, a wind machine and lighting. Even the spiral light around the singers arm, may be part of the photo, not Photoshopped in.

By the way: Photoshop CS2 is exactly the same no matter which OS you are using except it runs faster on Widows XP. That is why some of us pros use Windows XP on our Macs.

Adobe promised that the new CS3 will be optimized for Mac, but I haven't tried it.
