What do i put on acting resumes?

Question: What do i put on acting resumes!?

i have done a lot of plays
should i put the dates

this is what you do
put your name, and email!. address and all that contact info at the top!.
then put the heading "personal information"
and put height weight, size, shoe size, eye color, hair color and such!.
the put "experience"
and under that put theatre
and then put it in three columns, with the first being the name of the play, then the role you played, then the company!. (sometimes ive heard other things put in the third columnm like if it was lead, supporing, or ensemble!.)
then if youve dont film/ tv/ or anything, put that also!.

then put training and list your training, where it was, and the concentrations!.
then finally put special skills and list those

if you got confused on the format, just google actors resume format!.
