Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
"Officer Krupke" was moved in the movie; in the stage version it comes after the rumble!.

Anita and Maria's duet (A Boy Like That/I Have a Love) is much longer in the stage version!.

Anita's assault is much more graphic onstage!.

Tony and Riff's oath is "birth to earth" in the movie; on stage it's "sperm to worm!."

In the Quintet, in the movie Anita sings "he'll walk in hot and tired, poor dear; don't matter if he's tired, as long as he's near!." On stage she sings, "he'll walk in hot and tired, so what!? Don't matter if he's tired, as long as he's hot!."

There are some other differences, but basically the movie removed a lot of the sexual references and tension!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
