Question: Can I use real people's names in a screenplay I am creating!?
I am a writing a screenplay based on a true story about fortunate and unfortunate events that have happened to me over the past few years!. Is it possible for me to use non-fictional characters in it or will I need their consent to do so!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree w/ High School Sophomore!. Just be sure to get their permission before using their names!. You might also want to give them a summary of the character to avoid arguments!. ;-)Www@QuestionHome@Com

People do that all the time in movies and things like that!.
