Question: How do actors and actresses perform sex scenes!?

i just watched The Notebook (cried my eyes out) and i was wondering how they perform sex scenes to make it look so realistic!? how are they not uncomfortable if they are indeed naked!? can anyone explain!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
