You kind of just feel it, the love for creating characters!. Introverted people make some of the best performers because they observe the world around them and understand people a bit better!. Go for it, you dont want any regrets!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well you'll only know after you've done a play or another form of drama!. If your one of those people who dream of being in Hollywood as the next Tom Cruise you can forget it!. Once you've done something if its for you something will just click and then you'll know thats what you want to do!

Don't be nervous, throw yourself into it!. Ask your drama teacher if she knows any drama groups or dance and join one of them!. This'll build your confidence and then if your serious about acting start trying to get an agent and some serious training!.

Best of luck, don't be nervous! :) Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you love performing you will know it and should give it a try!. Only if you actually do act will you know if you are any good or if it is for you!.

If you don't try you can't fail but if you do try you will have no regrets because you at least made the attempt!.

Take some classes at a local college, volunteer at community theatre, but go for it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

if you think you would like it give it a try! audition for a school or community play or someting and see what you think :)
you'll know you like it if you find your self coming back for more
its worth a chance! that worst that happens is you find out that its not for you, if this happens then you can at least say youve done it and then you just move on to other stuff in life! (: good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

For me it was because of my sister!. She was into musical theater and I always wanted to do exactly what she did!. At the next audition she went to (for Annie) I came along and got cast as Molly!. I used to be very very shy and would hardly talk to anyone!. After my first rehearsal I strated to change!. Acting and singing made me feel confident and I loved the feeling so much that I never stopped performing!. That's how I knew!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

For me I was just a normal kid who went to school!. I went to drama club and choir and thought nothing of it!. At least an hour a day I would dance about the living room!. For my 13th birthday my Nan took me to the theatre as she thought I'd watch the sound of music so many million times on video it was time I saw the real thing!. That night for me was magic I'd never been to the west end before and had no idea such a thing existed that night I fell in love with musical theatre there was nothing else I wanted to do I realised the happiest I felt was when I sang danced or acted I consider it my calling!.

I would advise you to build your confidence and join your schools drama group!. Get some experience in school plays ect!. Join a youth theatre or your community productions if you like it continue and go further with agents resumes everything!.

Get experience now!. There is lots of competition out there with passion and determination aswell as natrual talent it doesnt matter how long you've been acting!.

I did Ballet when I was younger about 4 and quit after 6 weeks!. 9 years later I go back into it I reggreted quitting it about a year after I did so now I am not to an equal standard with my age group!.

Start it and you'll have nothing to regret if you don't like it you don't have to do it!. Think of your reasons for doing it!.

GO FOR IT!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
