Difference between extras and featured?

extras can be anyone!. they don't need to be actors they just take a place!. for an example i you see people going into a part: extras!. if some one has a small role even if it is just that they say 1 word of are a person that is meant tho stand out from the background but has little more significance, then that person is a featureWww@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, featured usually have a few lines, whereas an extra is a person who'd pretty much stand in the back ground!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
