what if you have bad teeth!? does that make the difference between whether your on stage or backstage!? i know i sound insecure, but im just wondering!.i want to audition for my school play, but i dont have the best teeth!. what do you think i should do!? Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: It matters what you look like to a degree - if you have an extra hand, for instance, you couldn't play a character having a line about working with their two hands!. Teeth, however, are definitely not a concern!. I actually watched a documentary once where a casting agent remarked that she loved people with imperfect teeth, because it made them look more normal!. Most of the population isn't model-gorgeous, so most actors shouldn't be, either!. Be confident!. Love and take care of yourself!. But about your teeth, it's very hard to see teeth from the audience!. A small matter like that can mostly be overlooked!. So definitely try out, and if you don't make it, don't feel bad!. I've seen the prettiest girl get shot down for a part because they thought someone else was a better portrayal of the character!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Try out!. several years ago i did not have the best teeth and was worried about that as well when i tried out for parts!. I got in many roles, and m teeth were never an issue!. My singing, acting, dancing qualities, and personality got me roles!. If you do get backstage, have fun with it!!! I found backstages can be just as much fun as being on stage!
